January 30, 2012 - Just completed the Pinewood Derby yesterday. Before this year, my son never placed. However, using your axles and wheels, along with your great speed tips, Daniel won every race in his den and was in a 3-way race-off for second in his pack. Out of 14 total races, he won 11 of them, took second twice and third once. Now it’s off to the District races! Your products definitely make a difference and we expect to be repeat customers. January 22, 2012 - Although I have experience as a hobby wood worker, I've never built a pine wood derby car before. My son is a tiger scout this year and this was our first pine wood derby. I wanted to be sure
we knew what we were doing, so we purchased some car plans from your website (my son picked them out) and I bought your speed secrets book along with all the materials we'd need to build a fast car.
We didn't implement every speed tip, but we did follow many of them. I had no idea how well the car would perform against the others, but knew we had done our best and would be happy with any result.Well, results were beyond
my wildest expectations.
First, my son's car came in 1st place in the tiger den. That got us into the finals with 13 other cars from other dens. Then, we came in 1st place in the finals! Out of 60 scouts, our car took 1st place. I couldn't believe it! What a wonderful day!
To top it off, our car also won the vote for "fastest looking car". So, he took home 3 trophies and now we get to go to the district races.
Thanks for all the great info your plans and tips included and for the quality supplies you sell. Without all that great knowledge, we'd never have created a winning car.

January 21, 2012 - We had our Pinewood Derby today and I'm pleased to report that our Vaccinators won several awards! My son's car was voted "Best Bear Car" and took two pack level awards for Best Design and Best Workmanship. In the "Open" category, mine was voted "Most Futuristic." Thanks, Maximum Velocity!
