THE DUNE BUGGY catches the eye with a roll cage made from aluminum rode. With ease of building and great performance, THE DUNE BUGGY is a great choice for new builders.

In addition to the wood block and basic hand tools, you will need the following supplies to build THE DUNE BUGGY:

25/64" Brad Point or Forstner drill bit - a 3/8" bit may work as well (hardware store item)

3/32" standard drill bit

Coping saw or another type of fine saw

Lead: 2-3/4 ounces of 3/8" lead wire (available from Maximum Velocity!)

6" of 3/8" dowel rod

2 feet of 3/32" aluminum rod (Maximum Velocity, or hobby or hardware store item - look for "K&S Metal Center")

Custom Designs decal sheet and 1/8" red and gold pin-striping was used to customize the car in the photo.
