Follow the instructions on the package to get the paint flowing steadily before starting to paint.

Use light, even strokes; don't try to go too fast.

If the flow of paint slows down, press the spring-loaded tip firmly against the car body.

Generally, two coats of paint are sufficient. Allow 30 minutes between coats.

If desired, a shiny finish can be attained with an acrylic clear coat, or by applying automobile paste wax.

Clean hands with soap and water.

Make sure to firmly replace the cap before storing the marker.
