Official Speed Axles
for Awana Grand Prix Pinewood Derby Racing




To give your Grand Prix car the edge, these official axles have been equipped with a beveled head and a grooved shaft. All work is done with a computer-controlled lathe to give you a high-precision axle.

Benefits

• Axle head is slightly beveled using a lathe to minimize contact with the outside wheel hub



• Axle head is trimmed round with a lathe



• One groove is cut into the shaft to minimize wheel-axle contact

Usage

You can use these axles as is, or polish them with our Axle Polish or our axle polishing kit (skip the coarsest three papers, use the two finest papers).
